Construction has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I spent thirteen years working in my family's business, learning the industry from the ground up and developing a genuine appreciation for hard work, clear communication and doing things properly. Those early years shaped the way I approach every project today. After that foundation, I broadened my experience with roles that exposed me to a wide range of sectors — Defence, Aviation, Education, Retail, Industrial and Commercial projects, including work interstate. Each environment taught me something different and strengthened my ability to deliver projects with consistency and care. Before construction became my full-time path, I competed as an Australian water polo player. The discipline, resilience and teamwork from those years still influence how I lead, how I problem-solve and how I work with clients and partners. I'm not driven by titles or ego. I'm driven by building well, treating people with respect and creating outcomes that feel straightforward, honest and dependable. That's the standard I bring to every job and every relationship.
